Objective:
Promotional Products USA sells products to companies that want their name to be known, so they needed a site that would give some visual attention to some the thousands of products they have to offer.
On this project I built the home page and used the upper portion of the page; the logo, tag-line and navigation bar, as a template that the company used as “top shared border” across the entire site. Whenever they need to add a page to the site, they load the template, which already has the logo, tag-line and navigation bar, and go from there.
Like so many other sites that need to display products on their home page, I used catalog pictures of actual product they sell.
Special Features:
- The navigation bar along the top, which is common to all pages, is built in 3 layers to accommodate all browser and monitor sizes and resolutions.
- The movie on the home page changes monthly.
- Pictures of products are randomly assembled and change each time you visit the site.
- Their complete catalog can be viewed in a window right on the home page.
- We have a testimonial movie on the left side of the home page that we also change monthly.
