Objective:
The owners want to attract members of their wealth management firm to invest additional capital in their real estate investment properties. They also want to attract investors who need “bridge loans”.
This site features those real estate properties and describes all the financial details associated with them.
This site is built on Word Press. As such, we can add “plug-ins” that will allow us to expand the site however we choose. This means we can add a blog or widgets. As I add these new features I will report back here and expand this section.
As it is, the site is partially password protected so only particular “invited” clients can visit about half of the site.
